USA Customers
Where possible, your order will be shipped to you from our Miami office. If stock is unavailable in the USA, it may be shipped from our Australian office. Please specify a delivery address where you can receive packages during normal business hours (9am-5pm) and can supply the courier with a signature (no post office boxes).

Canadian Customers
Your order may be shipped from either our Australian office or Miami (USA) office. Please specify a delivery address where you can receive packages during normal business hours (9am-5pm) and can supply the courier with a signature (no post office boxes).

Australian Customers
Your order will be shipped to you by Express Post. If you have any special requirements for delivery, please specify them during the order process. Delivery can be made to post office boxes.

New Zealand Customers
Your order will be shipped from our Australian office. Please specify a delivery address where you can receive packages during normal business hours (9am-5pm) and can supply the courier with a signature (no post office boxes).

Other International Customers
Your order may be shipped from either our Australian office or Miami (USA) office. Please specify a delivery address where you can receive packages during normal business hours (9am-5pm) and can supply the courier with a signature (no post office boxes).

Shipping charge and local taxes
The shipping rate depends on your delivery location and service (if offered): The specific shipping charge and service options applicable to your order will be displayed during the checkout process. Note that the shipping charge includes postage and a handling charge.

Depending on your location, a local sales tax may be applicable. Purchases made in Australia are subject to 10%GST, purchases made by customers outside Australia are not subject to any tax, however local duties and taxes may be applied by customs on some international shipments, these charges are the responsibility of you the customer.

Our Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us for a return item reference number and then return the item to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item. The item must be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please include your packing slip with the order. We recommend that you use a tracked postal service as we can not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items in transit.

Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or if you prefer, offer an exchange item of the same value. You must obtain a return reference number from us prior to returning the item.
