The new Shift kit uses a unique insert system that cannot be swabbed out and behaves exactly the same as a 2 piece barrel. The kit includes a 14" barrel, 4 inserts (0.685, 0.689, 0.693, 0.696), MacDev swab and plastic spanner in a tough carry case.
