Over the past 12 months, Jerry Desvarieux has been responsible for co-ordinating after sales service and support in the USA. Jerry has done an excellent job, and MacDev Headquarters have decided to increase the resources available to Jerry by training new technicians to assist him in this work.

MacDev have already begun by training and appointing more technicians, and have plans for more service centres to be appointed in future. These new technicians, along with Jerry, will continue to assist and provide an increased level of after sales service for MacDev in the USA region.

MacDev headquarters in Australia will be assisting with sales and service in the USA region, while MacDev USA are restructuring. All MacDev products and spares will be available from MacDev dealers and technicians as usual.

The MacDev coverage of technical support at PSP and other high profile tournament events will be covered as it was last year by our most senior technician Jerry Desvarieux, along with supporting staff.
